spyware a bloody joke

Ok firstly I realize this journal hasn’t been updated for a few days. The reason for this is because i’ve been sick yet again bloody saw throat and I didn’t feel like writing.

Ok now on to the serious subject of this post.

I went over to a frien’s house yesterday to check his pc out. He couldn’t browse the net or check mail. I found this very odd indeed so did all the usual things like delete his dialup connection rebuilt tcp/ip and that didn’t help. I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s probably spyware so i’ll be taking the relevant tools over next Saturday to investigate the issue further.

Unfortunately it’s another working week. That is really starting to annoy me to know end cause I struggled to arrise this morning. I’m looking forward to June 4 for my vacation. Come on june 4 please.

Was home sick

Ok nothing much to report today except for the fact I was home sick again with a saw throat.

spent most of the day sleeping and chatting on the net and eating some beautiful bread for lunch and some sausages and steaks left overs from last night.

Am back to work tomorrow.

Mother’s day a success

Today it was Mother’s day and it was absolutely fantastic.
I gave my Mum an electric Can Opener and some Money. We also went to a bbq at my Uncle’s home and had Sausages, steaks, cole slaw, dumplings, chicken legs, green salad, bread rolls and some cheese cake and pavlova and coffee.
It was a great afternoon evening and everyone enjoyed themselves immensly.

also today, I slept in till 09:45 am and went to bed at 1:30 this morning.

Am off to bed now and to work tomorrow and will catch ya all later.

Mother’s day this weekend

Ok firstly i’d like to say it’s Mother’s day this Sunday here in Australia and the united states and possibly everywhere.
Someone will correct me if i’m wrong.
We’re going to a bbq at my Uncle’s home to celebrate time with our Mum’s and that’s how it should be.
I’ll be doing a live journal post possibly from there depending on how cell phone coverage is.

Getting back to tonight, I had fish and chips like I told you all about last night. It was rather tasty and I also watched a couple of episodes of Black Adder with my Uncle and Grandma.

Had a few idiotic customers today. Had one in particular who wouldn’t speak to me cause she couldn’t spell the word microsoft and she said she would rather speak to someone else cause I spelt it too fast.
What a fucken idiot. Just cause I spelt something too fast, she wanted to speak to someone else.
I’m going to name her right here on this page cause she’s a typical fucked up individual who has no idea when it comes to computers. She simply enjoys wasting the helpdesks time and Fiona should go and get some computer training pretty quick.

Maybe i’ll flood her connection with stray ip packets and mail bomb her. That would be great.

On second thoughts, i’m simply wasting my time so I won’t bother. I’ll put my time to more useful things like eating and chatting and deciding what to do tomorrow.

I’d also like to say Happy Birthday to my great bro djc who’s a legend in his own right and deserves to live in peace and happiness. He also deserves some new technology to play with and also check out his cool show saturday nights at 9 to middnight eastern. You can listen to his fine show at

Yeh still the same

Ok today was similar to yesterday but much quieter to my relief.

Still had annoying customer’s who have no idea and will never understand simple internet concepts.
Today I had a guy who simply had no idea where the start button was on a win98 machine. I explained it till I turnt deep purple and still no joy.
I told him to see a friend or something about his issue.

Nothing else to report so will catch ya tomorrow to talk about the fish and chips at my Uncle’s dwelling.

customer’s they just get dumber and dumber

Right i’ve come to the conclusion that our customer’s are getting dumber and dumber.
The reason I say this is because today half of them still don’t realize they need to keep there windows patches updated and also think we ccan flick a switch at our end to get rid of the viruses off there pc’s. Of course anyone with a brain would know this isn’t possible but no, not our customers.
We even had a case today where we gave the pebkac the same lot of instructions 3 times on how to get the sasser removal tool from

I feel there’s no hope for these people and they should quietly take themselves and there pc’s to the nearest skyscraper and jump.

It will help us hd guys immensly and we won’t have to act like fucking parrotts and say the same things over and over and over and over and over and over.

Other then these minor inconveeniences, the day was great the food rocks and so do chics.

Viruses and more fucken viruses

Righto i’m absolutely sick to death of viruses. I’m really sick of saying the same thing over and over to our useless fucked up customers who have no idea what antivirus software is and or does.
They don’t nknow that you need to renew your subscription each year. They also don’t know if you don’t update your antivirus software it’s as useless as tits on a bull.
They have no fucking idea man.
The amount of fuck wits I talk to day in day out just act as if they don’t give a shit and they don’t care.
Sometimes you feel like smashing your head against the wall.

Other then this the day was ok and remember skype rules man.

The weekend is almost over

Ok the weekend is almost over. I’ve really had a very relaxing enjoyable weekend.

Today I simply listened to a magazine for around 2 and a half hours this morning. I lay in bed just enjoying the peace and tranquility and hoping tomorrow was sunday but unfortunately it’s not.

After listening to the infotech magazine, I got up and chatted to some people and had another game of super tennis.
That is the coolest game around.

Spent the rest of the arvo just checking for updated software and am now enjoying the evening waiting for some cool Women to chat with.
Should be cool.

The day went so fast

Ok today was bloody fantastic.
I bought myself a new game called super tennis which I played with djc all day or for a few hours anyway. We had a few games and each game lasts for ages so it’s great playing against the other player.

also today I went back to the tredmill and also enjoyed some hash browns, bacon and eggs for lunch and for dinner we had zookeeny soup and lazunya. very nice and today was great.

Tomorrow i’ll probably play super tennis with the boys again and enjoy it.

Not a bad day I Guess

Ok today wasn’t too bad except for the 3 authentication issues we had.
We had a fairwell for one of the Girls who left and we had some pizza and drinks to celebrate. It was a great gathering of people and I enjoyed it.

For dinner I had some fish anc chips and really enjoyed them immensly.

Nothing else to report for today.

Actually I did win the rafle at work for 200 dollars of whatever I like so I chose dick smith electronics and i’m now looking to see what I can buy.
