Australia day is a great day to be Australian and to celebrate who we are and what we stand for.
I spent today with my Uncle eating sausages drinking beer and just chilling out. Also listened to the triple j hottest 100 countdown of the best songs from 2008.
The number one song was by Kings of Leon called sex on fire.
A great choice for the number one song.
Looking forward to buying the hottest 100 cd when it comes out.
Long live Australia day.

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year from Sydney Australia.
So far my new year has been absolutely fantastic and it’s getting better.
We went over to my Uncle’s home last night for a bbq and it was one of the most brilliant bbq’s we’ve had in ages. The sausages and patty’s were excellent and the potatoe salad was out of this world.
Thanks Uncle John and Moira for the fantastic night.
Tomorrow we’re going to another friend’s home for pig on a spit party and i’m extreemly excited about this. It’s going to be an awesome time and i’ll report more on this when I return.
In other news, i’ve been playing with some new dj software on the mac called djay.
It’s voice over friendly and costs 81 dollars australian to buy. I’ll be trying it out by connecting to a shoutcast server later today and we’ll see how things go.
Well i’m going back to bed to listen to some more mac podcasts.
Will write more later on today or this evening.

Christmas day was an absolutely smashing success.
I got some wonderful presents and best of all, the friends and family we had over were great.
we had the following to eat.
Chicken, vegies, potatoe salad, greek salad, green salad, veal, polish pastries and the deserts were out of this world.
Cheese cake, cupcakes, my Mum’s bloody nice trifle and biscuits.
Absolutely grand man and I also recieved some iTunes vouchers, some beer, a bucket of tasty food items too numerous to mention here and diet ginger beer.
I’d personally like to thank Mum Grandma Kathryn clint Jackie Jason June and Uncle Stan for their presents or should that be presence felt here today.
Really nice atmosphere and I’m all eaten out now.
I’m off to bed and will enjoy some podcasts and tomorrow will set up my airport express and stream my music wirelessly to my new Stereo written about previously on the blog.

Ok just awaiting guests to start arriving shortly.
The food is being prepared and i’ve done what I can to assist today.
I’ve tasted the grapes from the fruit platter and had a chocolate almond and i’m ready as I ever will be.
I’ll post more this evening after the event is over and probably tomorrow i’ll just relax and enjoy left overs.

Ok firstly I just wanted to wish everyone around the world who reads my journal a very merry Christmas.
Tonight we just had our Christmas Eve dinner at my Grandma’s and it was one of the tastiest dinners i’ve had in ages.
We had beatroot soup for starters then we had fish mash potatoes cucumber and jelly and ice cream for desert.
It was very enjoyable the guests all had a great time and I really am looking forward to our Christmas lunch tomorrow afternoon.
I’m now going to go to bed and dream of iTunes vouchers and hard cold beer with my good buddy Clint and stan tomorrow.
Am looking forward to meeting Jackie and Jason who will also be attending the celebrations tomorrow.
I’ll be posting what and how tomorrow goes after or possibly before the event.

Ok we’re all having fish and chips tonight.
Am looking forward to the food and i’ll also enjoy spending time with my Uncle’s auntie and Grandma.
There all very kind and considerate people and i’ll always enjoy their company.
In other news, am very excited about Christmas next week.
I’m now also on Holidays and i’m relieved and am looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.

Ok today we went out for lunch to a place in Windsor called Fransiscos.
Nothing to do with sisco but a nice lunch never the less.
I had the seafood buffay for $25.00 for as much as you can eat.
There were fantastic items such as salads, meat more meat, muscles, oisters, calamary rings chips fish and much much more.
I knocked off 3 plates of mains followed by trifle for desert or is that dessert?
Same fucking spelling but a different meaning.
Perhaps someone like Gemma from the west could explain the spellings of desert and dessert?
Overall a nice day and it was well worth the trip.
In other news I installed the trial version of fsecure internet security 2007.
I must say so far i’m disappointed with what i’ve seen but maybe things will improve after playing with it a bit more.
Aaron, you seem to know a lot about this program. Any chance of some tips pointers or keyboard shortcuts mate?

Ok i’m absolutely discusted with super markets and the way they manage bread sales.
Most of the bread sits on the shelf for up to 5 days and none of it is fresh that day.
They say Baker’s Delight bread is baked every day and what they don’t sell they throw out.
Don’t buy super market bread. very disappointing this report and I urge you all to vote with your fucking feet and go elsewhere for the freshest bread around.

In other news, Bobby keeps annoying me wanting to swap my Logitech Keyboard for his Ipod shuffle. I’m not swapping i’m keeping my keyboard and Bobby will just have to like it.
