Another day when can I retire?

Righto now i’m more determined then ever that i’m going to retire sooner then later. I’m absolutely sick to death of authentication issues and i’m also sick of winy wingey pepkacs.
For those who don’t know what a pebkac is, it means problem exists between keyboard and chair.

These problems have to end there must be a light at the end of the ever growing tunnel that grows longer and longer and longer. It feels like if it stretches for yards miles metres and inches. It’s growing at an expenential rate. It’s annoying me and soon i’ll have no hair left.

What I need is a cute girl who’s caring and understanding and can help me through these difficult times and the tunnel that increases at 120 k an hour.

Bring me a west coast cooler and also while your at it bring me another pack of condoms seen’s I ran out weeks ago.

Thanks and if this makes no sense then your absolutely correct. It makes absolutely no sense to me either and all I wanna do is either eat drink west coast coolers chat to girls or sleep. I have no idea which.

The day from hell fuck this day

Right today was absolutely fucked. we had authentication problems all fucking afternoon all because of a fucking u p s failing in a data center in turn causing our customer’s not to be able to connect to the net.
when the hehll are these fucked up noc guys in this data center going to get there acts together and stop this useless crap from happening? They only cause stress and anziety to helpdesk opperators who inturn feel like committing suicide like jumping off the Golden gate bridge or something like that.
It’s enough to make a grown man cry.
I just can’t believe that our upstream providers continually try and tell our noc guys there are no issues with them when clearly our equipment is fine and it’s the upstream provider at fault.
Sometimes i’d really love to be able to ring these simpletons and tell them how fucking useless they really are.
Fucking useless upstream provider no mentality and they don’t give a shit about us pour helpdesk guys working like trojans yeh we have problems no we don’t know when they will be fixed so fuck off for crying out loud and less us just drink a fucking beer and leave us in fucking peace.

Now that I have that shit out of the way, the anzac biscuits were very nice and the girls are hot.
NOw is the time i’d really like to spend a night with a girl on my own no one to bother me and i’ll have peace and trangquility for once fuck let me just have a night on my own.
I just wanna sit down drink beer and talk.
Just give me a night with no annoying phone calls, no annoying idiots and peace.
That’s my day and I hope next week is truly better then today.
The moral of today’s entry,
upstream providers are fucking lyers and have no morals and need to be castrated and someone should eat there weeny little balls for breakfast, all of them every last fucking one of them.

Another week another idiot

Ok today for a Monday wasn’t too bad.
I can say with satisfaction I got the upper hand here with one customer who irritated me to no end.
I was trying to explain to him how something worked and he kept on interupting me and wouldn’t let me finish.
I simply told him that if he kept talking over me he wouldn’t be able to hear my answer and that i’m trying to help you here but you keep cutting me off.
He then decided he had heard enough and hung up.
I knew then I had the last word.
Serves him right for being a bloody idiot.
Next time he’ll think before calling.

This was the only thing that ruined today other then this, i’m not too bad.
Had some risols, potatoe beans and salad tonight.
Very nice and it made a shitty day in to a better day.

How cool the weekend is here

Am extreemly happy cause it’s the weekend and I can spend it with my friends.
So far I have planned to visit my Uncle tomorrow and fuck up his machine. No that was a joke.
Seriously i’m gonna infect it with a virus and erase his harddrive NOT.
Read the above line carefully.

After doing this, he can fix his own machine and i’ll just sit back and fucken laugh man.
It will be the coolest thing around and I can’t wait.

Also, we had the best Chinese for dinner and I really enjoyed it immensly.
Work was pretty good today and I got 2 dsl connections going for customer’s.
One thing that was rather funny is i answered the fucker with the usual helpdesk Scott speaking crap and the dude on the other end goes when will your service be back up?
I said it’s not down what are you talking about?
He reckoned our dsl service was down when infact it wasn’t down.
It turned out the pooh jabber fucked up his own router it lost it’s settings completly and he accused us of not providing any service.
I felt like telling the moron that he should fucken check his equipment before calling up and yelling at me. I made a point of telling in to check before he calls and before I hung up I said, look before you leep hit the mute button and said fucken wanca so everyone could here.
It felt good and I didn’t give a flying fuck that the hole helpdesk was near by.
As far as i’m concerned the customer can take himself and his weeny little balls elsewhere.

It was a 10 out of 10 day and I really enjoyed it.
MOre tomorrow.

Won’t People ever learn?

Ok today was rather disappointing from start to end.
Basically today customer’s really gave me the fucken shits and pissed me off to no end.
I was especially pissed off with some fuck wit who could not or would not find the koma key on there keyboard.
It took me 5 minutes to explain a simple little thing like that.
Then to make matters worse, the stupid imbiseel couldn’t tell how many komas she had typed so she erased them and typed them all back in again.
A complete waste of my time and energy.

Also the other thing that really got me on edge and so angry was when someone asks you something and you say no you don’t wish to attend they continually herass you until you feel like simply saying fuck off bitch.
Obviously that’s not possible in some situations but for fuck sake man people should just except your answer and leave it alone.
I’ve decided in future if someone asks me something i’ll say no twice and if they keep persisting, i’ll go mad and tell them to bugger off.
I won’t take any bull shit from anyone so don’t push me too far.

Other then these minor inconveeniences, the day was ok.
I’d much rather be home chatting to girls and drinking vb myself.
That’s about all from here for today.
If I think of anything i’ve missed, i’ll update it later on tonight.

Another day, Another Dollar

Righto today back at work wasn’t as bad as I had expected it to be. It was enjoyable at least and as I said yesterday, it was great chatting to the girls.
I did however have an annoying customer who just wouldn’t except no for an answer. Basically his pc had spyware and shit all over it and we advised him to install ad aware and spybot. They didn’t seem to do much for him so I said unfortunately there’s nothing else I can do for you i’m sorry. He kept on asking things like i’ve got 2 flashing icons down near the bottom of the screen near the time. I said this has nothing to do with the problem you currently have on your pc. eventually after I told him 8 times that he’d need to see a computer tech about the problem, he excepted it.
That was really the only annoying call I had today.

Just finished dinner and it consisted of left overs from yesterday and it was quite delicious.
We’re having apple pie for desert tonight.

Just sitting here chatting to some cute Girls on the net so will get back to that and update this journal tomorrow.
