Right firstly I want to know and to know right now why don’t the noc care about the helpdesk?
they think there high and mighty and don’t give a fuck about us hd guys who only want to help our customer’s and solve there problems.
3 times now helpdesk guys have asked for an update on a particular issue with no response forth coming.
I have no idea what’s going on but for fuck sake, i’m really going to lose my temper if this shit goes on for much longer.
It’s getting bad to worse and if anyone doesn’t like this post then stop reading right now.
It’s my journal, my life and i’ll write what I want to right in this fine journal.
It’s been going for over a year now and i’m so impressed with it, I may even burn it to cd for safe keeping.
Networking have no idea how to even communicate with the helpdesk and never will.
So much for that fucking interaction guide a lot of good that did.
Basically it did fuck all and hasn’t helpt one little fucking bit.
I’m going to grab some food and comtemplate my very bleak unfortunate future.
Fuck the noc fuck documentation and fuck chocolate bullets useless chocolate pieces of shit.
Fuck whoever invented chocolate bullets should be carstrated right now and burnt out the back of the fucking bondie leagues club.
