Finally have found a cool accessable soft sip phone.
It’s called express talk from
www.nch.com.au
and is free.
There is a business edition that costs 20 us dollars and the program is very easy to setup and is very speech friendly.
I’ve used it today to connect with freeworld dialup and some other voip services.
I recommend this soft phone to anyone looking for a voice over ip solution.
The caller id info is also read out when a call comes in.
You can get heaps of add ons for this package as well not sure of the pricing but it’s definently worth a look.

Yes this sip phone isn’t bad however it does not like machines that are multi-honed that is machines with more than 1 ip address. I can’t get it to connect to the pabx with I have more than one interface active i.e. vmware.
