Ok for those folk who don’t like swearing and absolute hate and venum, stiff shit.
Today’s entry is full of hate and venum so you have been warned.
Today was an absolutely useless fucking cunt of a day.
We had calls coming out our asses and no respite in site.
Basically what’s happened is the call queues have ballooned outward so much even super man would have problems flying over them.
Someone who I won’t name you know who you are decided to post the most outrageous insulting message i’ve ever read today.
It was basically saying you helpdesk guys do a fucking lousy job and not those exact words but the tone of the message would make you think that was the case.
I’d like to remind all readers of this pristeen journal that we do an absolutely fucking great job and for some individual to come along today and practically insult the helpdesk is uncalled for and we all should retaliate.
I’m constantly sick to death of trying to help our client’s and this is how we’re thanked.
Fuck it’s not on and we’re not gonna take it anymore.
People who think they can insult others and won’t then admit there wrong, fuck you fuck you and fuck everyone who has no idea what working helpdesk is like.
Lack of staff, rules for some and rules for others, it’s not fucking on and if this idiocy continues much longer, i’m going on strike along with my fellow helpdeskers.

I hear the entire helpdesk shout yes yes fucking yes yes we’re all fucking interested.
Other then these slight inconveeniences, I went out for a tandom ride to the lakes tonight and finally did what i’ve been wanting to do for ages now.
It’s great i’m tandom riding again with my Uncle and i’d personally like to congratulate him on managing to steer the tandom and keep it lbalanced.

I can’t believe the audacity – to send out an email berating the staff for a problem they cannot control. Your boss needs to go out and get himself some managament training and learn that happy staff are productive staff. If you shit on them they will fight back by taking sickies, longer breaks and basically doiong as close to nothing as possible.
He should address the real issues – like hiring more staff and paying them for what they are worth. Instead he is panicked that he is doing a crap job and has NO IDEA how to fix it – so lashes out and anyone he can. Here’s a tip mate – go get an education and a clue
